Personalization
Each print is individually personalized with the names, dates or initials of your choice at no additional charge. Each personalization is created as a permanent part of the image in a style and custom font that perfectly matches the artwork. Your personalization will not look like a stamp or afterthought as it uniquely adjusted by our designers to align perfectly, to look like a part of the image and is published as a part of the image. Since each personalization has an artist's touch, previews of your names are not available, however, sample personalizations can be viewed on each product page to give you an idea of the style and look of the personalized names.
Our Hassle-Free Guarantee
We are proud of our personalized art and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If there is a defect in the workmanship, the item is damaged in shipping, or there is a personalization error made on the part of Personal-Prints, your order will be promptly replaced or refunded at no additional charge. It is a hassle-free guarantee, as you don't need to submit a return. We just ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, submit a photo of the defect so we can learn from an error, and your refund/replacement will be issued. If you wish to return a non-defective print, we do not accept returns on customized gifts. However, we will accept returns for non-customized items in new condition. Unless otherwise specified, all prints are guaranteed to ship from our Colorado facility within two to three business days of your order submission. Please allow an additional two to four business days from your shipment date for the order to be delivered... you can't rush awesomeness!
Shipping
All of our orders are made uniquely for you, so please allow 1-2 business days for the creation of the product. After that, we offer free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more. If you need the order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options from overnight to 3 business days. For all expedited options, you will see a guaranteed delivery date at checkout. For the expedited options, we pass along our exact carrier cost (which will be displayed at checkout as your choose your shipping options).
Canvas Art
All canvas wrap prints are published using a giclee process and can be purchased unframed (ships rolled) or framed and ready to hang. All of our framing is done in-house, using conservation acid-free materials to help guard against UV-light and other damage to the print. Canvas wrap prints have the look and feel of an original, they are coated with a protective varnish and do not need to be framed under glass. As like all prints, to help prevent fading, prints should not be displayed in direct sunlight. Canvas wrap prints can be lightly dusted with a feather type duster. Do not use cleaning solutions or liquids to clean your canvas print.
Framed Under Glass
Prints that are traditionally framed under glass are shipped ready to hang and can be gently dusted or cleaned with a rag and liquid glass cleaner. As like all prints, to help prevent fading, prints should not be displayed in direct sunlight.
Wood Block Mounts
The image laminated and professionally mounted to a 1/2" thick block using an acid-free adhesive and the edges of the block are painted black. Block-mounting is a contemporary and frameless way to display your print. As like all prints, to help prevent fading, prints should not be displayed in direct sunlight, ships ready to hang and enjoy.
Photo To Art Products

When uploading your photo, remember that larger files are better so don't reduce your image size before uploading.
